The cooling system utilizes a horizontal chiller from Hanli, known for its stable performance. The welding gun features a high-performance welding head, widely used in handheld laser welding across various industries in China.

The wire feeder utilizes a dual-wire feeding system, which enhances the welding seam width and weld height, offering greater flexibility and precision.

Operating Instructions

1. Connect the machine’s main power cable to an external 380V power supply.
2. Turn on the main power switch.
3. Press the start button to ensure both the laser enable and red light indicator are turned on.
4. Open the gas valve and adjust the gas pressure (Recommended: Nitrogen or Argon for welding stainless steel).
5. Connect the wire feeder and attach the ground clamp to the workpiece.
6. Align the red guiding light with the welding nozzle to ensure proper positioning.

Welding Process

- Scan Speed Range: 2–6000 mm/s
- Scan Width Range: 0–6 mm
- Peak Power: Must not exceed the laser power listed on the parameter page (e.g., 3000W laser power).
- Duty Cycle: Adjustable from 0% to 100% (Default: 100%).
- Pulse Frequency: 5–5000 Hz (Default: 2000 Hz).
- Material Thickness: Welding parameters vary depending on material and thickness, ensuring the best welding results.

Materials and Welding Parameters

- Carbon Steel: For various thicknesses, the optimal scan speed, wire feed speed, and power are provided for the best welding quality.
- Stainless Steel: Similar to carbon steel, with adjustments based on thickness, ensuring excellent weld formation.
- Aluminum: For aluminum materials, proper settings for thickness, scan speed, and wire feed speed are recommended to achieve the best results.
