Automatic Filling and Capping Machine

This machine features a single filling head with a capacity of 10–16 bottles per minute. Compared to conventional linear filling machines that require four filling heads to achieve similar output, this integrated system adopts a three-station combined design. The distance from filling to vacuum capping is approximately 1 meter, with a transfer time of only 3–4 seconds. The short distance and quick processing time help ensure the quality of hot-filled sauces.

The machine is compatible with various bottle types. Changeover only requires replacing one set of molds, which can be completed in approximately 20 minutes—simple, fast, and labor-saving. In contrast, traditional linear lines typically require adjustments across the entire line, resulting in longer downtime.

This sauce filling and capping machine is equipped with a unique anti-drip device at the filling nozzle, effectively preventing oil dripping and sauce leakage. This ensures clean bottle mouths, neat capping, and a hygienic conveyor, meeting GMP standards.

The machine supports continuous operation and can automatically perform bottle feeding, vacuuming, capping, and bottle discharge. When equipped with additional pneumatic control components, it can also achieve a “no cap, no bottle feeding” function.

An automatic mixing system is included to ensure uniform material consistency, effectively reducing filling deviations. Both filling volume and filling speed are adjustable to meet different production requirements.
